We have noticed the discussions and concerns some of you have shared regarding issues faced
with PSU RMAs. First and foremost, we want to acknowledge this and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration caused. Your trust and support mean a great deal to us, and we take every piece of feedback seriously.
At Antec India, we are committed to ensuring that each and every customer receives personal
attention and proper resolution. No case is too small, and no concern goes unnoticed. Our goal is to make sure that every claim, RMA, or query is handled promptly and with care, because behind every unit is a real person relying on our products.
To provide further clarity, we want to reaffirm our global PSU warranty processing SOPs:
- All PSU RMAs are handled in accordance with Antec’s global warranty standards, which ensure consistency and fairness across all regions.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or store receipt) for any PSU warranty request.
- Warranty replacements are provided for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Products modified without authorization, or damaged due to misuse, accident, or nonstandard usage (such as cryptocurrency mining), are not covered under warranty.
We also have 50 service points across India through our service partner Rashi Peripherals. You

To further strengthen transparency, we are also introducing an escalation matrix to make sure no case is left unresolved:
- Escalation Level 1: Please write to indiasupport@antec.com for PSU warranty, RMA, or claim requests.
- Escalation Level 2: If you do not receive a response within two business weeks, please escalate to marketingindia@antec.com for immediate review and resolution.
