  3. RESTRICTIONS: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted zones depending on courier partner limitations. Once a payment is processed and the order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

IV. ORDER MODIFICATION & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  1. Order Cancellations & Refunds: To ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible, our fulfillment process begins immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of this swift processing, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been successfully placed and paid for.

  2. Replacement Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is Dead on Arrival (DOA), physically damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect out of the box, we will gladly offer a direct replacement.

  3. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To help us quickly verify and process your replacement claim, we require a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video. The video must clearly show the original shipping label, the breaking of the outer package seals, and the condition of the product inside as it is first opened.

  4. Eligibility Criteria: To ensure a smooth replacement process, please note that requests cannot be fulfilled if:

    • The required uncut unboxing video is not provided.

    • The product was not purchased directly from this Website.

    • The serial number is missing, altered, or unreadable.

    • The product is returned without its original retail box, manuals, cables, and all included accessories.

    • The product exhibits physical damage not documented in the initial unboxing video.

  3. LEGAL DISPUTES: This Agreement and your relationship with the Service shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any claims or legal proceedings arising out of the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in West Bengal, India.

  4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Antec and Hardware Corpus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or products, beyond the value of the order placed.
